 Coaching Sessions ($130/per hour)

A multifaceted approach to helping people regain mobility, increase flexibility, facilitate neuromuscular activation/connections, and promote proper technique and posture. Sixty-minute sessions consisting of guided stretch exercises to loosen tight muscles (such as the hips). Core exercise to help build and train the muscles required for optimal posture, alignment, & balance. Mobility exercises which challenge muscle fibers and neuromuscular pathways teaching and preparing one's muscles to respond properly without a conscious thought (reflexive response to balance control and fall prevention). It is a methodical, step-by-step, scientifically tested approach to health and wellness. Multi-joint (as well as muscle) exercises using body weight, bands, and free weights challenge muscles and retrain the body to develop healthier, sustainable, optimal postures and movement patterns.
